We
understand what using our equipment inventory can mean for an event. Experiencing Imagination receives hundreds of requests for
donations each year. Unfortunately the entertainment field is highly competitive
and margins will not permit us to donate to everyone and remain in business. We
do work with organizations and their existing contributors and will work with
any you let us know wish to contract on your behalf and be billed directly. Your
account manager can assist with this.
Some
donations are given in the form of sponsorships and may cover up to 33% of the
rental costs of an event, as listed in the table below. Labor, supplies,
delivery, sub-contracts and allowances are excluded from
calculation of a sponsorship.
Sponsorships
may only be given to 501(c)3 non-profit organizations, government agencies,
churches and accredited schools. Those working on behalf of such organizations,
but who are not actually the organization itself are not eligible. Sponsorships
are not possible for political organizations or campaigns. An organization's
501(c)3 or tax-exempt status documentation must be provided prior to the event.
Sponsorships
are granted on a case-by-case basis. Sponsored events must benefit
community or church outreach. Non-public (private) events are generally excluded
from consideration. There is no assurance of sponsorship
availability or percentage of rental costs covered, prior to review and grant.
Sponsorships for greater than the maximum listed are not available.
Sponsorships
ARE NOT discounts or package deals. Sponsorships are at the sole
discretion of PROVIDER. PROVIDER may add to, deduct from or withdraw completely
a sponsorship at any time.
Items
provided all or in part by sponsorship funds have a zero cost basis to you are
not guaranteed or refundable in any form. Such items are dependant upon
availability the day of the event and may be substituted or
removed from the equipment list at PROVIDER's discretion.

If
you meet the terms of the sponsorship program, when initially requesting a
quote indicate your desire to be considered for a sponsorship and provide
information of how your organization meets the terms of the program.
Participation in the sponsorship program can not be considered after a quote has
been issued for an event (it must be considered upfront). Please also confirm
you will meet the sponsorship publication needs, below. Failure to meet these
terms voids the adjustment, credit or deduction given and it will become due and
payable in full without regard to partial satisfaction of the requirements.
DO
NOT accept a sponsorship if you do not agree with all the terms listed herein or
if you are unable to repay the sponsorship should you fail to meet the
sponsorship publication needs (below).

In exchange for
a sponsorship grant, sponsored
organizations agree to the include Experiencing Imagination's logo, link and
tag lines (as shown to the left) on the following items:
Your organization's website
for at least one year.
Placement must be on a non-hidden page that is no more than 1 click away
from and clearly indicated as a sponsors (or similar) page on your homepage.

The
literature for the sponsored event.
This includes any brochures, posters, literature or other advertising.
If your sponsorship contribution exceeds $1000, an event flyer or brochure must be
distributed to participants.
Unless
otherwise agreed in writing, the sizing must be equivalent to that given
to any sponsor If undefined, it must be equal to the most given
to any sponsor. If no other sponsor, it must be at least 2.75" x 4.25".
The
width x height ratio of the logo graphic (not including tag lines) may
not be less than 2.0:1.0 or be greater than 2.1:1.0.
On
placements less than 2 column inches, the logo less tag lines may be
used.
The
high density logos below must be used for printing. The finished print
must be clearly legible.
Before
and after any video presentation at the sponsored event, including logo
and tag lines.
During
any onstage or over PA announcements or recognition of sponsors. Must
include at a minimum: "We thank the Experiencing Imagination Companies
for their support. Visit them on the web at
www.TheEventLine.com for any
event or meeting needs. They have just about everything for events with
Best Pricing Guaranteed! TheEventLine.com."
A
copy of all publications, a log of all announcements and the logo web
link must be sent to Experiencing Imagination within 10 days after your
event to demonstrate the terms of the sponsorship have been met. Failure
to meet these terms voids the sponsorship and any amount given becomes
fully payable without regard to partial completion.
