EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION PRIVACY POLICY

EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION is committed to protecting the privacy of those participating in its activities, using its services and equipment or visiting its websites. This statement explains our information practices and how your information may be collected and used.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. To use services or equipment or participate in an EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION event or activity, certain personal and payment information must be gathered. This may include organization and personal information such as name, email address, home/business address and phone numbers. For bank card payments, EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION stores information only while a contract is active, then deletes it once completed.

Although we may disclose information related to the number and type of participants, we will not disclose information directly linked to a group or individual without prior consent. This includes street address, phone number, Email address, financial account and other information.

NO INTRA-COMPANY PRIVACY. While customer information will not be communicated outside the Company except as required to meet the customer's requests; ALL COMMUNICATIONS (personal, email, phone and postal mail) to and from the Company and its representatives are subject to recording and review and there shall be no expectation of privacy within the Company. This is done for two reasons: (1) to insure all customer requests are responded to in a timely manner and (2) to insure the integrity of the Company's communications and complete compliance with its SAFE SANCTUARY POLICY for the protection of Children.

If a staff member is not immediately available to respond to a customer request, it will be transmitted to another without regard to the originally intended recipient. There shall be no expectation of privacy when communicating with the Company's staff, all such communications are the property of the Company. All communications may be automatically or manually reviewed for accuracy and compliance with Company policy and applicable law. Any violation of the Company's SAFE SANCTUARY POLICY, profane, pornographic or otherwise unlawful communications will be prosecuted.

OTHER INFORMATION EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION MAY COLLECT. When you visit our Web sites, we may collect non-personally identifiable information like the type of browser and computer operating system you are using, your ISP domain name and IP address and other similar information. Some information may be automatically stored through the use of "cookies" on your computer. (Cookies are information fragments a Web site sends to your computer while you are viewing the site). We do NOT use cookies to obtain personal information about you from your computer. All web related information is used either to speed your use of our website or to evaluate the demographics of our visitors.

No information is shared with any external user except if required by law.

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of personally identifiable information, we cannot assure you that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Statement. Our Web sites may contain links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any such Web sites in any manner. This Privacy Statement is subject to change at any time, at the discretion of EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY COMPLIANCY. While many EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION programs are for youth, we do not sell products, programs or services directly to persons under 18 years of age without parent or guardian approval. We do not provide any personally identifiable information about children under 13 years of age to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
