DEFINITIONS

As used herein, EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION means the EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION COMPANIES, Inc. its Board of Directors, staff and activity leaders, member organizations, suppliers and all assets used in its programs and any other activities it undertakes or that are undertaken with its consent on its behalf.

ASSETS means any EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION asset, activity, document, equipment, leader, product, program, property, publication, service, software or website.

EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION PROGRAM DISCLAIMER AND WARNING

The individual is responsible for his/her personal safety, training and performing within the limits of his/her skills.
