Experiencing Imagination ("EI") is a mix of owned and affiliated businesses. We seeking good, integrity-based businesses to partner with in simple referrals or exclusive representative territories. By providing exceptional selection, keeping our quality high and offering guaranteed best pricing EI is uniquely positioned to provide for the needs of nearly any event while providing income to you.

AFFILIATES. Our affiliate program is open to those in the event, entertainment and equipment rental field. There are no minimums and no term contracts. Commissions are paid quarterly based on and increase with volume of rentals generated:

Under $6,250 = 5%, $6,250 to $12,500 = 6%; over $12,500 = 7%.

(Labor and delivery are provided at cost including overhead, and so are not commissioned.)

EXCLUSIVE AFFILIATES. Exclusive Affiliates are those that choose to partner closely with EI. We provide the equipment and services they do not already have and refer clients to them for services and equipment we do not provide. It becomes a WIN/WIN for both parties! Exclusive Affiliates contract to use the resources of Experiencing Imagination first and retain the right to use any other vendor or resources for items EI can not provide. Commissions are paid on the same basis as the Affliliates program, with a 20% bonus (example: 5% + 20% x 5% = 6%).

Exclusive affiliates can be added as "also-named" insured parties on EI's $2MM aggregate event liability policy. Depending upon the agreement in place, this could replace the need for some Affiliates to maintain separate liability insurance --- potentially saving thousands of dollars a year.

EI has a strict privacy policy, does not seek out the clients of its Affiliates and does not compete in regards to equipment and services both may provide. We understand successful affiliates make us successful also.
